CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 17(RES) An Act establishing the                          
Department of Natural Resources as the platting authority in certain           
areas of the state; relating to subdivisions and dedications; and              
providing for an effective date was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the              
adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on               
page 3112. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE

Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous               
consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third               
reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so
